Tickets and Monthly Passes are available at Cub Foods, all Hy-Vee Foods, City Hall (City Clerks Office), and Eagle Drug (23 2nd St. SW).

Veteran's Fares

To qualify for free transit rides, disabled veterans must show a Veterans Identification Card, or VIC issued by a VA Medical Center with the words “Service Connected” or the initials “SC” below the photo.

Reduced Fares

Reduced fares are available for:

· Persons age 65 or over
· Medicare Card holders
· ZIPS card holders
· Persons using a visable mobility device such as a wheelchair or scooter

· Persons with a disability not meeting the above critera must apply for a Reduced Fare ID card - click here for application

The following reduced fares are available for the above persons on all weekday bus routes and all day Saturdays.

Miscellaneous Information
(1) Employers with 10% of employees using the bus are sold annual passes at an additional discount
(2) Shop & Ride tickets are purchased in groups of 20 or more & are based on the 10-ride ticket price.
(3) One FREE transfer per trip issued to fair-paying riders at time of boarding. This transfer must be completed using the first available bus to complete your one-way trip.
(4) Effective Saturday, November 1, 2014, Rochester Public Transit will no longer accept the old Rochester City Lines passes and punch cards.  We will exchange unused old punch cards for new ones through Friday, November 28, 2014.  The exchange can be made at RPT at 4300 East River Road NE, Between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday
